Cyfre Direct Connect Amplifier Kit CA-819

The Cyfre CA-819 Direct Connect (inline) Bi-directional Amplifier improves RF coverage in areas with no signal or low signal strength. The unit amplifies both 800MHz and 1900MHz cellular and PCS signals 

Works with all Cellular/PCS Service Providers except iDEN (Nextel/Southern LINC/Mike) and 1700MHz AWS (T-Mobile US 3G)

How the unit functions:

The 800MHz and 1900MHz cellular signal from the cell site is received by the Rooftop Cellular antenna (sold separately). The signal is then amplified and transmitted to your phone through the Device specific phone adapter cable (sold separately). When the phone transmits, the signal is sent to the amplifier through the adapter and then amplified and sent to the cell site through the outside antenna. 

Compatible with:

All US Cellular/PCS carriers except iDEN carriers such as Nextel, SouthernLinc, Mike (Canada). iDEN users should use the 3 Watt Direct Connection Amplifier for Nextel/iDEN. Not Compatible with 1700MHz AWS (T-Mobile US 3G).

Compatible carriers include: Verizon, AT&T GSM/GPRS/TDMA, Cingular, Alltel, Sprint PCS, T-Mobile (850MHz, 1900MHz), Cellular One, US Cellular, Metro PCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, Qwest, Boost Mobile, etc.

Ideal for use with car kits requiring an external antenna. Adapter may be required to connect to your particular car kit.

• 18" FME female to TNC male jumper to adapt standard RF antenna adapters to amplifier
• 971106 TNC Male to FME male adapter

• External Antenna with TNC Male connection (Cellular Antenna)
• Phone Specific Antenna Adapter with TNC Male connection to connect directly to your phone. With appropriate adapter may be connected to most full install car kits which support an external antenna.

• Lightning Suppressor (In-Building application)
