Sierra Wireless has changed the current structure for the AceNet Enterprise Management Tool by significantly reducing the cost and simplifying the SKU list. 

• The new AceNet MSRP pricing is $15 per modem license with a minimum initial order of 35 ($525 total).  Additional licenses can be purchased in blocks of 5 at $15 each ($75 total).  The SKU for this new pricing is 990-211-0005 and for an initial order of 35, you will order a quantity of 35 licenses.  For additional blocks of 5, you will order a quantity of 5 licenses.  This pricing will be reflected in future price list updates.

• For users with very large numbers of AirLink modems (2300 or more), the Enterprise unlimited license version is still available.  The MSRP for this version is $35,000 and the SKU is 990-210-0025.

• Optional software assurance and maintenance fees are no longer applicable.  Any major fixes for AceNet released by Sierra Wireless will be provided to customers at no charge.
